Job Description

  • Plan the business program and department’s budgeting
  • Prepare all the customer service operational supporting equipment, including staffing, the regulation and the provisions, and the technical equipment (the customer service uniform, the customer service counter equipment, etc)
  • Coordinate the effective and efficient customer service strategy to reach customer service satisfication and company goal
  • Receive, handle and analyze the customer input and compliant towards the service aspect, comfort, secure feeling, and other customer satification that customers has not obtained yet
  • Give input to the company concerning all about from customer considering customer satification
  • Coordinate and establish a good relation with all parties and the related department in order to supports the company goal achievement
  • Monitor and evaluate the customer service team work to ensure it appropriate with the company standard
  • Develop the team by holding the basic training and advanced training in order to increase the team capacity in achieving the customer’s satification
  • Give coaching and counseling to the staff to facilitate the staff interests with the company interests

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor Degree, Majoring Hotel or related field
  • Work experience : Minimum 3 years at service business
  • Characteristics : Communicative, Networking, Customer Oriented, Insightful
  • Fluent in English
  • Attractive, propotional body weight, good health
