Job Description
- Maintenance a good relation between tenant and management
- Supervise TR Staff daily basis
- Support tenat promotion
- Coordination meeting with related department in order to move in and move out tenants
- Handling tenant complain such as: AC, Electrical, Gas, Gutter jammed, Leakage, etc
- Prepare all document such as : Work permition, Letter loading unloading, etc based on tenants request
- Arrange meeting with tenant head office if there any major problem for operational
Briefing inhouse mall program to all tenant
Job Requirements
- Min Bacheloor's Degree in Communication
- Min 3 Years exp as Tenant Relation Supervisor (Mall Industry preferably)
- Good Communication & Coordination skills
- Eager to learn
- Good adaptation
- Ready to work shifting (Weekend)
- Would be placed at Gandaria City Mall
