Provide comprehensive study and financial analysis for any tenant representation services
Maintain and provide clients with services during and after the process
Strategize optimum and workable solution to the process
Review lease documents and provide best solutions in real estate terms
Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc
Prepare marketing reports
Maintain good relations with Property Agent
Response to incoming inquiries in the shortest period of time
Ensure each job task within the individual workplan completed accordingly

Minimum 2 years experience in property
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Discipline and self motivated
Attractive appearance
Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and problem solving skills
Has passion and knowledge for property
Good interpersonal skills
