Analysing and developing sales and marketing strategies as well as making sure sales and marketing targets are achieved
Leading the implementation of strategy and optimizing efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of sales, marketing & promotion team
Planning & administering the company’s marketing budget and keep cost in control
Planning the sales system: pricing scheme and effective and efficient payment method

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 30 years old
At least 3 years of work experience as sales, marketing and promotion manager to any real estate company
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
Creative, innovative and energetic
Familiar with digital marketing
Have a vast network
