Job Description

  • Providing administration support (typing, printing, copying, binding, scanning)
  • Conduct data entry
  • Legal documentation/maintain filing system
  • Distribute agreements, memos, and other related correspondence
  • Order and checking office supplies stock
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipments (printer, etc)
  • Other related assignments as assigned from time to time by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • High School/Administration
  • At least 1 year
  • Min. typing skills of 60 WPM
  • Computer literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, internet)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administration and documentation skill
