Job Description
- Coordinate with ID & lighting consultants regarding Hotel ID
- Liaise with other consultants related to ID (Architect,MEP,Structure,Kitchen,AV,acoustic,etc)
- Review & check ID consultants drawing & spec
- Prepate tender documents from ID consultan for tender issuance
- Liaise with QS for tendering process related to ID
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of architectural engineering
- 4 (four) year experience (preferably with Hotel Design/Development experiences)
- Fluent in Design Software (Autocad, Sketch Up, Photoshop)
- Plus point : Revit & Render software
- Willing to be place on site during ID construction phase (approx 1-2 year)
